Why is my sales pipeline not showing up in the Sales Dashboard?

The Sales Pipeline section in the Sales Dashboard displays the results of the My Dashboard analysis provided by Oracle. If your pipeline data doesn't match the filter criteria in the analysis, then no results show up in the Sales Dashboard. The My Pipeline analysis displays data only on open and won opportunities that use the Standard Sales Process sales method provided by Oracle and that are closing in the current fiscal quarter and in the next quarter. If your opportunities use a different sales method or don't meet the other criteria, then no pipeline data will appear in the Sales Dashboard.

To confirm if this is the issue, review the results of the My Pipeline analysis:

  1. Open the Reports and Analytics work area (Navigator > Tools > Reports and Analytics).
  2. Click Browse Catalog.
  3. In the Folders window pane, open the following folders: Shared Folders > Sales > Embedded Content > Sales Representative > oJet.
  4. With the oJet folder selected, open the My Pipeline analysis in the right-hand pane.
  5. Click the Results tab.
  6. If the analysis doesn't display any results, then you must create your own analysis and display it in the dashboard instead of the one supplied by Oracle.
