Auto-Sync of Appointments
If your administrator has enabled the auto-sync feature, your appointments are synced between Microsoft 365 and the sales application automatically.
The one-time or recurring appointments that you have created and sent to a CX Sales contact are auto-synced. The Auto-sync of appointments works for both bi-directional and one-way sync patterns.
If your administrator has enabled syncing private appointments, the private appointments that you created and sent to at least one CX Sales contact are auto-synced too.
Note: The appointments that don't have any CX sales contact
are not auto-synced. Also, the appointments where you're an invitee
aren't auto-synced.
