Why can't I find the information I just entered in Workspace and Work Area search?

Workspace and work area search requires a few moments to index new information for it to become searchable. If you search for information just entered and don't find it, wait a few moments and try again.

For example, after you perform a successful lead to opportunity conversion, you may notice that the lead still displays a status of Unqualified. If you wait a few moments for the indexing to complete and refresh the list, the record status changes to Converted.
