About Microsoft Teams

Use Microsoft Teams to further advance your sales pipeline by allowing salespeople to collaborate on their opportunities.

Important: This section describes the integration with Microsoft Teams for the simplified classic user interface of Oracle Sales. Oracle recommends that you use the Sales in the Redwood User Experience solution for the integration of Microsoft Teams. Directly from the Opportunities UI, salespeople can simply click the action to add all existing members of the opportunity to a team in Microsoft Teams and start the collaboration.

Users of Microsoft Teams can interact with opportunity team members from Sales, as well as add required external resources with expertise to help win the deal.
