How can I show service requests in the add-in?

You can show only the open critical service requests on the add-in. Here's how:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Application Composer > Productivity Applications Setup > CX Sales for Microsoft 365.

2. On the Microsoft 365 Designer, click the menu (hamburger icon) and expand Service Requests.

3. Duplicate the standard layout.

4. Drag and drop Critical from the Available Fields.

5. Click Save so that Critical shows up on the selected layout of service request in the add-in.
