Optimize Browser Space in Work Area and Detail Pages

Optimize browser space in the application by enabling the profile option, Advanced Responsive UI features. Optimizing browser space is especially helpful when salespeople use tablets or other small screens to view the application.

Note: The user interface described in this topic applies only to CX Sales, not to Digital Sales.

When the profile option is enabled, the application displays the most allowable amount of content on the screen. For example, it shows items near the edge of the screen on devices like tablets and phones.

Here's how to set the profile option:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Administrator Profile Values task in Setup and Maintenance.

  2. Search for the profile option, Advanced Responsive UI features (ZCA_ADVANCED_RESPONSIVE_UI).

  3. Set the profile option to Yes at Site level.
