Specify Customer Time Zones

You can use the Time Zone lookup type, ORA_HZ_TIMEZONE_CODES, to modify the list of time zones for account and lead contacts.

After you enable the Time Zone field using Application Composer, the attribute is exposed in REST APIs and in the UI. Salespeople can edit the attribute to adjust the time zone value from the initial value that was derived from the primary address.

Time zone codes can be viewed and managed in Setup and Maintenance under Manage Standard Lookups by searching for ORA_HZ_TIMEZONE_CODES.

The Time Zone lookup type supports 38 standard time zone values.
