Why am I seeing records I can't access from my Workspace list?

Sometimes your workspace list might include records that you can see but can't drill down for more details. If this happens, its more than likely the record indexing hasn't fully completed or you may need to run a full Publish indexing process from the Monitor UI tab of the Configure Adaptive Search page.

While records you create and update in the UI are automatically indexed and made searchable within seconds, imported records or records updated by background processes aren't available for search until the process completes.

You must click Publish to run the indexing process each time you:
  • Make changes on the Setup tab.
  • Perform a production to test (P2T) environment refresh
