SVC_RESOURCE_SKILLS
Table that holds information about each agent's skills. An Agent can have one or more Skills, each with its own Proficiency level (if that Skill's Competency allows Proficiency). We may want to give the same skills to multiple agents at the same time, from UI, for example to all agents in one team.
