The language associated with a trading community person. For example, Mary Smith can speak both Spanish and English but can only read and write English.

LanguageName	string	The standard name for a language. For example, Spanish, Mandarin, or American English. Foreign key to the FND_LANGUAGES table.
LanguageUseReferenceId	long	Unique identifier of the language use reference. Primary Key
LastUpdateDate	{http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/svc/types/}dateTime-Timestamp	The date when the record was last updated.
LastUpdateLogin	string	The login of the user who last updated the record.
LastUpdatedBy	string	The user who last updated the record.
NativeLanguageFlag	boolean	Indicates if this language is the person's declared native language. Y for a declared native language, N for all other languages.
ObjectVersionNumber	int	The number used to implement locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to determine whether another session has updated the row.
PartyId	long	The unique identifier of the contact party.
PrimaryLanguageIndicator	string	Indicates if this is the primary language used by a person in day-to-day transactions. Y for the primary language, N for other languages.
ReadsLevel	string	User-defined level number or name to indicate the ability to read a language.
RequestId	long	A system-generated read-only attribute used by the application framework.
SpeaksLevel	string	User-defined level number or name to indicate the ability to speak a language.
SpokenComprehensionLevel	string	Code to indicate comprehension of a spoken language.
Status	string	The status of the record.
WritesLevel	string	User-defined level number or name to indicate the ability to write in a language.
