PartySiteId	long	The identifier for the party site. It is the foreign key to the HZ_PARTY_SITES table.
PartySiteUseId	long	The identifier for the party site use. Primary Key
PrimaryPerType	string	Indicates if this is the primary use for this site. Y for the primary site, N for all other sites.
RequestId	long	A system-generated read-only attribute used by the application framework.
SiteUseType	string	Site use type associated with the address.
Status	string	The status of the record.
