PercentComplete	decimal	For an associated project, a numeric value from 0-100 reflecting the progress it is making towards completion.
ProjElementId	long	Unique identifier of the task associated with the contract line.
ProjectId	long	Unique identifier for the project associated with the contract line.
ProjectNumber	string	The project number of the project on the linkage.
TaskNumber	string	The task number of the task on the linkage.
