Introduction to Securing Oracle Sales and Oracle Fusion Service

This guide provides you with some basic concepts and procedures to help you implement and administer security for Oracle Sales and Oracle Fusion Service. Most of the basic concepts and procedures also apply to other Oracle CX applications like Oracle Subscription Management.

During implementation, you perform security-related tasks from a functional area task list. Once the implementation is complete, you can perform most security-related tasks on the Security Console or the Sales and Service Access Management work area. Any exceptions are identified in relevant topics.
