Search for Work Order Charges

You can use the Work Order Charges search page in the Redwood UX to find work orders with associated debrief headers.

There are selectable filter chips available in the Search field, including:

• Work Order Area

• Debrief Status

• Resolution Due Date

• Work Order Status

• Requested Date

• Scheduled Date

The application supports autocomplete and fuzzy logic, so you that you can partially type commonly used search terms, such as customer, technician, item number, and serial number.

By default, the search page lists work orders with associated debrief header transactions that include:

• Work area: Assigned to you
  Note: The RCL_DEF_WORK_ORDER_AREA profile defines your work order profile. If the profile isn't defined, then the the work order area comes from the ORA_RCL_WORK_AREA lookup setups, which are defined in the Manage Service Logistics Lookups page.
• Debrief status: New
• Resolution date: Today

Note: For field service technicians, the default search criteria includes:

• Debrief status: New
• Debrief headers: Assigned to technician
• Resolution date: Today

Work orders without associated debrief headers aren't searchable.

You can also click the:

• Create Charge button to open the Work Order Charges header page and enter new charge lines.

• Manage Charges icon to open the Work Order Charges details page and edit existing work order charges.
