Manage Disposition Details

Use the Dispositions Details page to enter a disposition code.

In the Dispositions tab you can take actions.

1. Select a code from the Disposition Code LOV, such as Rework.
2. Review the item status by selecting the Item Status tab. The Item Status tab provides a comprehensive view of the item's overall inventory balance, including a breakdown of usable and defective quantities across various stocking locations.

   In addition, you can review the overall counts for the:

   • On-Hand Total
   • Usable Total
   • Defective Total
3. Choose an action:
   • Select Transfer Inventory to transfer inventory.
   • Select View Asset Overview to review asset-related information in the Maintenance Cloud.
     Note: For non-asset items, the View Asset Overview link is disabled.
   • Select the Create Miscellaneous Transaction action to create transactions.
   • Select the Create Repair Order action to create repair orders.
4. Select Update to capture your changes.
