Overview of Reverse Logistics Dispositions

You can use the Reverse Logistics Disposition pages to disposition and act on returned parts.

This includes parts returned from the:

• Field: Such as parts that are unused, dead-on-arrival, recovered defectives, or tools.
• Customer: Such as parts in need of repair, exchange, or that are eligible for a warranty claim.

Specifically, you can:

• View or search for parts in return stocking locations.
• Enter disposition decisions.
• View asset overviews.
• Perform disposition actions (inventory transactions/create repair work orders).

To access the Reverse Logistics Dispositions page, click the Reverse Logistics link in the drawer on the right side of the Service Logistics landing page.
