Integration Messages
There are over 160 integration messages that are delivered with Student Financial Aid (SFA).
Delivered integration messages include messages sent to and received from the U.S. Department of Education (ED): SAIG, CPS, NSLDS, COD, and so on using the Vocado U.S Department of Education Gateway (VUG).
Additional integration messages are sent to and received between SFA and your school using the Message Processing Gateway (MPG).
Core Messages
There are a few core messages that institutions are required to create if they are not a current Campus Solutions customer.

(SFP only) Referred to as the: Student Academic and Financial Information Message or SAFI Message. Contains information related to the student’s academic progress and financial account. To identify the final academic year to be considered for proration, SFP uses the last academic year received in the Student Academic and Financial Information (SAFI) message. To ensure correct Direct Loan calculations, all academic years up to the end of the student's program must be sent in the SAFI Message. |
