Letter Code PO1: Provisional Aid Offer is intended as a pre-cursor to the Offer letter enabling students to view potential funding prior to being officially awarded

Overview

• Letter is called when the following message is triggered: FasFinancialPlanOutboundV2Event.
• FasFinancialPlanOutboundV2Event is automatically generated with every package. If you want to manually trigger the event, navigate to Student > Financial Information > Packaging > Repackage.
• The Configured Interval (for example, One Minute) between Triggering Action and letter generation must elapse before the LetterTriggerJob runs.
• The letter triggered will include data from the last triggering action for that letter code that occurred within the interval.
• The letter is displayed in the Student Letters User Interface (UI) after the LetterTriggerJob runs

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following General Permission through Roles Management.
