Update Fund Award Year Close Date

You can review a closed Award Year for a fund when a Refund or Re-Entry has happened within 180 days.

This task is created when a withdrawn student returns in the same Academic Year that includes funds in a closed Award Year. You can determine if the closed Award Year needs to be reopened.

Here's how you complete the task:

1. Review the student's return status.
2. Open Award Year, if student is deemed eligible for funds.
3. Click Complete Task.

Expected task result is:

• Funds are reinstated if Award Year is re-opened.
