Enable Single Sign-On for Oracle Analytics Server
Request activation in your test environment, validate access, then enable single sign-on (SSO) in production through Oracle Support.
Note:
This procedure applies only to existing customers. Environments provisioned in 26A and later releases will already have SSO enabled.
- Submit a service request to Oracle Support to activate SSO in your test environment.
- Validate access in your test environment. Confirm all users can log in and access their dashboards and reports as expected.
- After successful validation, submit a second service request to activate SSO in your production or additional test environments.
