Enable Single Sign-On for Oracle Analytics Server

Request activation in your test environment, validate access, then enable single sign-on (SSO) in production through Oracle Support.

Note:

This procedure applies only to existing customers. Environments provisioned in 26A and later releases will already have SSO enabled.

  1. Submit a service request to Oracle Support to activate SSO in your test environment.
  2. Validate access in your test environment. Confirm all users can log in and access their dashboards and reports as expected.
  3. After successful validation, submit a second service request to activate SSO in your production or additional test environments.
