Curriculum Costs

Curriculum costs are associated with a course or scheduled course in the Curriculum Registry. They help your institution evaluate the cost of delivery for its ROI calculations.

A scheduled course is also known as a course section.

You can set up curriculum cost items for an institution and calculate those costs by an amount for each enrollment, a flat amount, or as a percentage of total fees. In addition, you can review and sort curriculum costs or duplicate an existing one.

As an implementor, in the Setup and Maintenance work area use the Manage Curriculum Costs task:

  • Offering: Student Management

  • Functional Area: Student Structures

As an administrator, you can edit curriculum costs. To access the page, from the Finances work area click Actions > Manage Curriculum Costs.
