Service Indicators for Enrollment

An administrative service indicator on a student's record can impact enrollment. For example, a student who owes money to the institution can't enroll. Define your own service impacts, such as Block Enrollment, and map them to predefined enrollment actions.

1. Define service impacts. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Service Impacts task:

   • Offering: Student Management

   • Functional Area: Academic Structures

2. Map your service impacts to predefined enrollment actions:

   • Restrict enrollment adds.

   • Restrict enrollment drops.

   From Student Central, click Search and search for Administrative Service Impact Mapping.

Rapid Implementation

You can also create and load service impact mapping using the Rapid Implementation process. Use these tasks in the Setup and Maintenance work area, Student Management offering:
