Academic Credentials

Academic credentials are degrees, diplomas, or certificates that students can earn after the successful completion of their study. Credentials are recorded on a student's academic record. Creating credentials is optional.

Access the Credentials page: From Student Central, click Search and search for Credentials.

Enter a credential formal name for use on documents such as a student's academic transcript. When the Active check box is selected, a credential becomes active on the date that you enter in the Start Date field. You can enter a future start date.

Rapid Implementation

You can also create and load academic credentials using the Rapid Implementation process. Use these tasks in the Setup and Maintenance work area, Student Management offering:
