Manage Sponsorship Fees

A sponsorship fee is one of the items that make up a sponsorship. You need to create one before you can create a sponsorship agreement.

To access the page, from Student Central search for Fees.

When you're creating a fee, take note of these fields:

• In Due Date, assign a due date calendar. This calendar identifies the date when the fee is charged.
• In Academic Period, add the academic period to which the fee is applicable. If you need to add other academic periods, click Create Attribute to add another row.

  Make sure that the sponsorship credit also uses the academic period used in the fee.

• When the fee is charged for the academic period, the fee is identified against the Transaction Type you specify.
• When the charge for the fee is credited, the fee is identified against the Credit Transaction Type you specify. The values you can choose from are defined in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
