How do I locate an email I received last month?

You can quickly find past emails using the date range filter in My Communications. This functionality allows you to narrow down messages by days or within specified date range, making it easier to locate specific updates or notifications.

Here’s how:

1. On the Home page, click the bell icon.
2. In the My Communications view, locate and apply the date range filter.
3. Select a predefined range or set a custom date range.

   The system will display only the emails that fall within your selected time limit.
