Enable Access Groups

You can use the Perform Object Sharing Rule Assignment Processing scheduled process to enable access groups. Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Sales and Service Access Management.

  2. In the Configure Groups tab, click the Object Rules tab.

  3. In the Object field, select Subscriptions from the drop-down list.

  4. Verify that the access groups for subscriptions are active.

  5. In the Configure Groups tab, select the Monitor tab.

  6. In the Perform Object Sharing Rule Assignment tab, select the Object as Subscriptions.

  7. Click Update, and then click Start the Process.

    The Schedule Process dialog box opens.

  8. In the Schedule Process dialog box, select the Object as Subscriptions and set Record Selection to All Records.

  9. Click Submit.

If you're using a custom role, add the custom role to the access group and then run the process.
