Enable Adaptive Search and Create Saved Searches

You can enable Adaptive Search so users can easily find subscriptions, subscription products, and related objects, and then monitor the publishing process. Here are the steps:

  1. In Setup and Maintenance, go to Sales offering and then select Sales Foundation functional area. Search for Configure Adaptive Search task.

  2. In the Configure Adaptive Search page, click the Setup tab.

  3. In the Setup tab, go to Quick tab, select the Subscription, Subscription Products and Subscription-related objects you want to enable.

  4. Click Full Publish.

  5. Click the Monitor tab and then click the Publish tab to monitor the process.

  6. Once the process is complete, navigate to the workspace and create a new saved search if there are no existing saved searches.
