How do I enable audit for subscriptions?

Here's how to enable audit history so that your users can see the change history of subscription objects and attributes:

  1. Sign in as a setup user.
  2. In the Setup and Maintenance area, use the search pane to search for the Manage Audit Policies task.
  3. In the Manage Audit Policies page, click Configure Business Object Attributes in the Oracle Fusion Applications region.
  4. Select the Subscription Management business object from the list.
  5. Select the objects and attributes you want to audit in the Audit Name table.
  6. Click Save and Close.
Note: Administrators must have the Manage Sales Audit Policies (FND_MANAGE_SALES_AUDIT_POLICIES_PRIV) privilege to do these steps.

If users are unable to see audit history in subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Create an access group in Sales and Service Access Management.
  2. Select and grant the rule, All Subscriptions, to this user.
  3. Activate the rule.
  4. Run these two scheduled processes jobs to sync the data:
    • Send Pending LDAP Requests
    • Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes
