Adjust Ad-Hoc Bills

Ad-hoc adjustments may be required during the subscription execution/billing process for many reasons. Some examples are:

  • Usage corrections credits or additional charges.

  • Issue ad-hoc credits to customers, such as customer appreciation, reimbursement for non-usage of service for a specific period, and so on.

  • Issue ad-hoc penalty.

  • Issue ad-hoc discounts for missed service-level agreements.
