Handling Order Changes

You can automatically update subscriptions when change orders, amendments, or renewals are received from Order Management.

• The integration re-evaluates grouping rules to decide whether existing subscriptions are updated or new ones are created.

• If any key attributes such as start date, end date, or pricing context change, a new subscription version is created to preserve history.

• Synchronization between Order Management and Subscription Management is maintained throughout the order and subscription lifecycle.
