Track Fulfillment of Subscription

You can track the fulfillment status of subscriptions created from Order Management so that activation and billing accurately reflect fulfillment progress.

The following actions describe how fulfillment tracking works:

• When Order Management fulfills order lines, the subscription automatically updates to show fulfilled and unfulfilled quantities.

• Use grouping rules to decide how incoming order lines are mapped to subscriptions.

• View fulfillment progress and linked order references in the subscription details.
