Schedule the Settlement of Customer Claims
The Settle Customer Claims process initiates the claim settlement process and retrieves the credit memo, invoice, or write-off details created in Receivables. It then updates the claim with the payment details and marks it as settled.

For settlement, the claim must be approved and submitted, moving it to the status: Settlement Pending. After the process completes successfully, the claim is updated to the status: Settled.

If there are errors during this process, the claim is moved back to the Open status.
