Mass Update Claims

The Mass Update Claims process automatically kicks off when you perform a mass update of claims.

You can select a maximum of 1000 claims for a single mass update, hence the claims are moved to the Update In Progress status and this scheduled process is launched to update multiple claims. The claims are returned to Open status when the update is complete.

Note: If claims are discovered in the Update In Progress status for a long time, then the process may have stalled. Rerun the Mass Update Claims process to reprocess claims that may have stalled in the mass update.
