How You Create Supplier Warranty Standard Repair Times

The supplier warranty standard repair times resource manages the reimbursable quantity of labor hours when a standard operation is completed under warranty for a warranty provider.

Manage Standard Repair Times

You can use the Manage Standard Repair Times page to search for existing standard repair times, view standard repair times details, and to create a new standard repair times. You can access the Manage Standard Repair Times page from the Maintenance Management landing page task menu, under the Maintenance Setup section. This page consists of a search bar, results region, and an action button to create a new standard repair times. Upon rendering, the page automatically presents a list of search results sorted alphabetically. The search bar allows you to further refine the search results for existing standard repair times by warranty provider, warranty provider number, standard operation code and standard operation name . Clicking the edit icon, you can further edit and save any changes to the standard repair times.

  1. Open the Standard Repair Times page by clicking the Manage Standard Repair Times link on the Tasks pane.
  2. On the Standard Repair Times page displays the following fields:
Field Description
Warranty Provider Name of the warranty provider who provides warranty coverage.
Warranty Provider Number Number that uniquely identifies the warranty provider who provides warranty coverage.
Organization Name of the organization when generating supplier warranty entitlements for claim reimbursement.
Standard Operation Code The code that uniquely identifies the maintenance standard operation
Standard Operation Name The name of the maintenance standard operation.
Repair Time(Hours) The reimbursable repair time for a standard operation, measured in hours
Start Date The date on which the supplier warranty standard repair time becomes active.
End Date The date on which the supplier warranty standard repair time becomes inactive.
Actions A menu that indicates the available user actions.
Active Displays all the active supplier warranty standard repair times.
All Displays all the supplier warranty standard repair times.
Inactive Displays all the inactive supplier warranty standard repair times.

Define a Standard Repair Time

By clicking the + icon (Create Repair times), a new row gets added. Provide the warranty provider, organization, standard operation code, repair time, start date, and end date of a standard repair time and click on the tick icon. You can define and save a new standard repair time. You may click the × icon to remove the newly added row.

Note: Supplier warranty standard repair times must have a date before or equal to the contract start date.
