Add Configured Attributes to Reports

You can configure attributes for quality issues and actions using Application Composer and use these attributes in OTBI reports.

The following are the supported field types for quality objects: Text, Number, Date, Long Text, Check box, Percentage, Datetime, Record Type, Choice List (Fixed), Choice List (Dynamic), and Formula.

To view configured attributes in reports, you must first add them into the quality analyses. To create a new analysis, navigate to Tools > Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog > New > Analysis.

  • For Quality Action reports: Select Enterprise Quality Actions Real Time subject area > Quality Actions Custom Attributes
  • For Quality Issue reports: Select Enterprise Quality Issues Real Time subject area > Quality Issues Custom Attributes

You can add configured long text attributes to your analysis to include descriptions, closure reasons, resolution notes, and so on, in your quality reports. These attributes are Character Large Object (CLOB) fields.
