Data Access to Business Units

For business units in which the recall notices are managed, you must give the data access to users with the following roles.

• Product Recall Manager role

• Custom roles that you have created with any of the Product Recall Manager role privileges

To give data access for a user for one or more business units:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

   • Offering: Product Management

   • Functional Area: Users and Security

   • Task: Manage Data Access for Users

2. Give data access to the user for the required business units.
