Set Up the Regulatory Authority

Regulatory authorities are required before you can start using product recall management. You can define multiple authorities for each business unit.

To set up a regulatory authority:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

   • Offering: Product Management

   • Functional Area: Product Recall Management

   • Task: Manage Regulatory Authority for Product recall

2. Specify the details of the regulatory authority.
