How can I mass update the transaction dates on pending transactions in the UI?

Use the Oracle Visual Builder Add-In for Excel to mass update the transaction dates for pending transactions. The Visual Builder extension let's you view and edit business data from REST services in Microsoft Excel. Once you install this add in, complete these steps:

1. Open Excel and select the Oracle Visual Builder extension.

2. Click Designer.

3. In the New Layout Setup window, enter https://xxxx-test.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inventoryStagedTransactions/describe in the Web Address field and click OK.

4. Enter your login credentials.

5. Choose a business object. A window appears.

6. Select inventoryStagedTransactions and click OK.

7. Choose a layout: Table Layout > OK.

8. Under Layout Designer, select Query.

9. Click Pencil in the Search field.

10. Select OrganizationName.

11. Enter your organization name and click OK.

12. Click Download Data.

13. In the Search box, select OK for the Organization Name search. You will see all pending transactions for the organization and you can now update the transaction date using the copy and paste method.

14. Click Upload Changes.

Note: This mass update only applies to the type of transactions that can be created using the InventoryStagesTransactions REST service. For example, you can update transactions for miscellaneous receipts, miscellaneous issue, and subinventory transfers. However, you can't update sales order issue and transfer order issue transactions by mass update.
