Why doesn't the transaction date on the Review Completed Transactions or Manage Pending Transactions pages match the actual source transaction creation date entered through FBDI?

When entering a transaction date and time through FBDI (File-Based Data Import), the spreadsheet uses the raw transaction data based on the server date and time in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). However, when viewing the transaction date through the UI, the value in the Transaction Date field considers your time zone preference.

Note: When you click the Export to Excel icon from the Actions menu on the Review Completed Transactions or Manage Pending Transactions pages, you also view the user's time zone preference.
