Locate Recalled Parts
Use the Locate Recalled Parts scheduled process to trace the recalled items captured in a recall notice in perpetual and PAR inventory locations, expense locations, and in inbound shipments.
This scheduled process generates the trace details with different traceability statuses and generates tasks to quarantine and dispose the defective parts.
When to Use
The Locate Recalled Parts process automatically launches in the background when you click Locate on a recall notice.

Troubleshooting Information
- You can view the status of the process in the Scheduled Processes work area
- Error and warning messages encountered while running the process are displayed in the process log file.
- When the process is submitted, you can resubmit, put on hold, cancel process, or release process from the Scheduled Processes work area.
