Guidelines for Working with Pick-pack Lead Time

Here are some guidelines that you need to consider when working with pick-pack lead time:

• Pick-pack lead time should be specified in whole number format.
• Pick-pack lead time is applicable to all types of supplies such as On Hand, Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Order Shipment Cutoff Time is respected when both pick-pack lead time and order shipment cutoff time are defined.
• Supports both item under allocation and item not under allocation.
• Pick-pack lead time doesn’t impact order lines which are in Picked and Frozen status. Based on the existing behavior, these order lines are planned at the scheduled date and aren’t available for release.
• Pick-pack lead time doesn’t support drop-ships, configure-to-order orders, shipments sets, and arrival sets.
