Search Customer Claims

Here you'll learn how to search customer claims.

The Claims page summarizes all the claims from the business units you have access to. The claim number generated is based on the Claim Source setup.

You can create a manual claim that isn't based on a short pay in Receivables. You can:

  • Drill down to individual claims to resolve them.
  • Resolve multiple claims.

On the Claims search page, you can use keyword search and smart filters to quickly search for your claims.

Keyword Search

Keyword search supports additional searchable attributes. The application shows you automatic search suggestions based on your recent search history. You can refine your search results by adding more than one keyword, which enables you to search on the following:

  • Claim Number
  • Currency
  • Owner (name and email address)
  • Account
  • Bill-to Customer
  • Customer Reference
  • Invoice
  • Receipt
  • Mass Settlement Number

Smart Filters (Chips)

Smart filter-enabled pages include a single search field at the top of the page with filters that display as suggestion chips. The smart filters may include the count showing the number of applicable results for the suggested chip.

The following smart filters are available:

  • My Claims (predefined filter)
  • Open (predefined filter)
  • Status (predefined filter)
  • Business Unit
  • Claim Type
  • Claim Reason
  • Claim Source
  • Claim Date
  • Invoice Date Range
