What happens if you cancel a quality issue or action?

On cancellation, you're asked to confirm the cancellation and provide a comment. The Cancel action terminates the workflow in the current status and it moves directly to a Canceled substatus, indicated in the workflow summary with an X icon.

If the canceled issue or action is assigned a workflow, FYI notifications are sent to the creator, assignee and the person canceling the workflow. Even though the issue or action is canceled, you can still perform the following actions - Save As, Send and Launch Graphical Navigator. You can still add comments in the Comments side tab.
