Activate Programs

For a program to become eligible to collect incentives, it must be made Active. Programs can be activated with roles having sufficient access.

To activate a draft program, from the Actions drop-down button, click Submit.

• If you have the Approve Supplier Programs privilege, then the program moves directly to the Active status after clicking Submit.

• If you don't have the privilege, the program moves to the Approval Pending status. These programs can be approved by a user with the Approve Supplier Programs privilege.

Note: Options available under the Actions button depends on your role.
