Access to the Supplier Portal
The application leverages the supplier portal's security model for supplier contact access; in particular, supplier, supplier hierarchical relationships and supplier site access security for supplier contacts. Supplier contacts can access the supplier programs based on their data access at the supplier or supplier site levels.
What a Supplier Contact can do
Supplier contacts can search, create, view, and edit a program in Supplier Draft status then submit it to the program owner for review which places the program in Draft status.
While in Draft status, supplier contacts can view the program, add notes and supporting docs. Supplier contact and program owners can use the notes and attachments feature to capture and share negotiation related details.
