Set Up Recall Classification

Recall classifications are user-defined lookup types. These lookup types are used to categorize a recall notice based on the impact severity of the product recall on consumers.

To set up a recall classification:

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

    • Offering: Product Management

    • Functional Area: Product Recall Management

    • Task: Manage Product Recall Lookups

  2. Search for the lookup type meaning: Recall Classification.

  3. Specify the recall classification lookup codes.
