Infolets for New Item Requests

The infolets for new item requests in the Product Information Management work area help you keep track of new item requests that are assigned to you.

• New Item Requests (Priority): Shows open new item requests by priority (High, Medium, and Low), based on values specified in the Priority field for the items. Only new item requests that are in Open status and past the Need-By date are shown.
• Items for Definition: Shows the number of items that are currently in the Definition status.
• Items Pending Approval: Shows the number of items currently in the approval status.

Note: The count in the Items for Approval infolet and Items for Definition infolet is restricted to the new item requests that are assigned to you. You can’t see the count of items assigned to anyone else.
