Actions on Concepts
On concepts, the Actions menu offers ways to modify the business object or gather more information about the object.
The options available are:

Launch Graphical Navigator: opens a graphical display of the business object and its related objects.

Open Proposal: opens a related proposal.

Send Object: opens a dialog to send notifications to other users. Select users from the menu in the Send dialog box and add a message to the notification.

Save As New Version: saves the object with the same content, but with a new name.

View Version History: view all the versions and earlier actions of the concept.

Manage Solution Alternatives: lets you design multiple alternate solutions using a single product concept structure.

Manage Team: controls who has access to read and modify the object and access to the object.

Submit for Approval: opens a dialog to add approvers or observers who will receive the object for approval.

Generate Traceability Report: launches a report that lists administrator-defined attributes and helps you understand details on concepts. Click the Generate Traceability Report option to run a report in either HTML, CSV or XML formats. Click View Audit Trail in the Tasks panel to view the historical records of the export and traceability reports generated.

Terminate Workflow: terminates the approval workflow of a concept.

Delete: opens a dialog to delete the selected object.
