Order Modifier Options

You can control the planning cycle time by deciding whether to use the order policies for an item in aggregate time buckets, such as a week or period.

To control order policy enforcement in aggregate time buckets for supply plans, use the Order Modifier Parameters section in the Supply: Advanced Options dialog box, General tab to configure the following options:

• Enforce order modifiers in aggregate time buckets
• Maximum number of planned orders per item-ORG per time bucket

Enforce Order Modifiers in Aggregate Time Buckets

Select the checkbox to enforce order modifiers in aggregate time buckets in constrained and unconstrained supply plans. This plan option applies to aggregate time bucket types of Week and Period.

Maximum Number of Planned Orders per Item-ORG per Time Bucket

The maximum number of planned orders that the planning system can create in a planning time bucket for each item and organization combination. The default value is 100. This plan option applies to all time bucket types (Day, Week, and Period).
