Overview of Guided Task Flows

Administrators can create and manage guided task flows for mass change processes by selecting task flows from a library. Users can then run the guided task flow and perform the mass change process.

An administrator can create distinct guided task flows by copying and editing the predefined tasks to create their own task. Any number of personalized guided task flows can be created to support a user's distinct update requirements and use cases. When you're configuring the task flow, you're establishing the guidelines for runtime.

Guided task flows provides three action tasks that support mass change processes:

  • Configure Guided Tasks
  • Perform Guided Tasks
